Abstract
Objective: Contrast agents used in CT scans cause many side effects. Due to the use of CT contrast agents. We analyze the current status of ADR, evaluate the association between ADR occurrence and risk factors, and propose ways to reduce the occurrence of ADR.

Method: From January 2014 to June 2017, a total of 500 patients underwent CT scans of non - ionic iodinated contrast media at 500 hospital in Seoul. In the hospital, the ADR reporting system was used to report the occurrence of ADR, and the total study subjects were selected as the control group. The non-ionic iodinated contrast agent which can be prescribed by the clinic was used. We assessed the incidence of adverse events according to pretreatment in patients with contrast medication.

Results: 252 patients were tested for adverse events. This study compared the results of adverse reactions occurring in patients with CT scans when 4 - contrast agents were used and the side effects of 6 - contrast agents.
